About the Massachusetts Association of Landscape Professionals

There are tremendous benefits to being a member of Massachusett's professional landscape industry association. The purpose of the Massachusetts Association of Landscape Professionals is to maintain the integrity of the landscape contracting industry and improve the business of its members through:

Massachusetts Landscape Industry Communication
Promotion of ongoing interaction among the Massachusetts landscape industry members through referral business; social and educational events; peer networking and industry participation. MLP’s member directory consists of landscape management contractors, green industry suppliers, and educators.

Massachusetts Certified Landscape Professional Certification
Sponsorship of the Massachusetts Certified Landscape Professional (MCLP) program, designed to ensure the public that successful candidates have demonstrated a high level of competency and knowledge within the landscape management industry.

Massachusetts Landscape Training, Education and Courses
Design and support landscape education programs such as monthly dinner meetings, landscape certification study sessions and educational conferences that improve the business, horticulture and contracting skills of the membership. Interested in sponsoring one of our educational events?

Constant appraisal of the membership as to the latest industry research; new products; equipment; and legislation issues.
