Lawn Fertilization Technician

Lynch Plant Healthcare, a division of Landscape & Tree Service, Inc., is looking to hire a Lawn Fertilization Technician to help lead the Lawn Fertilization Department through sales and fertilizer application. Responsibilities include: estimating, customer follow-up, application of fertilizer(s), enhancing the current six-step program and working with the Plant Healthcare team to identify other opportunities and/or issues on customers' properties.

Knowledge and experience in the following subjects are required:

Aerating
Turf Grass
Soils
Establishment
Fertilization
Mowing
Irrigation
Weeds
Insects
Diseases
Pesticides
Customer relations

- Must be experienced in diagnosing, identifying and treating turf issues and applying liquid and granular / liquid applications.

- Candidates must have a current MA Applicators License

- Candidates must have a MA drivers license and clean driving record.
